This is where West Coast internet lives.
The Westin Building Exchange is the Pacific Northwest's primary interconnection hub. Over 250 carriers, ISPs, and cloud providers operate from this building. When your server lives here, your traffic takes the shortest possible path to its destination.
That means lower latency for your users, better routes to networks like Google, Amazon, Cloudflare, and Microsoft, and routing advantages you can't get from a datacenter outside the exchange.
SIX-connected upstream routing to 250+ networks on the Seattle Internet Exchange. Optimal routing, minimal hops.
KVM virtualization with your own kernel. Install anything, configure everything.
All SSD arrays for consistent I/O. No spinning disks anywhere in the stack.
Dedicated IPv4 and /64 IPv6 included on every plan. Dual-stack ready.
Pick KVM or LXC, select your OS, and complete checkout. Stripe or PayPal accepted.
Your server is cloned, configured, and booted automatically. Usually done in about 60 seconds.

KVM is full hardware virtualization: your VM gets its own kernel, so you can run any OS, load kernel modules, and do things like run Docker or custom networking stacks. LXC is container-based: it shares the host kernel, which means lower overhead and slightly better raw performance, but Linux only and no custom kernels. For most web apps, dev environments, and self-hosted services, LXC is fine. If you need FreeBSD, a specific kernel version, or full isolation, go KVM.
